Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, seeks an On Premise Recruiter to source and screen candidates for contract roles and direct placements across our client base in the United States. You will develop recruiting resources, conduct interviews and background checks, and network at career fairs and with schools.

Base salary is $50,000 with a bonus potential up to $10,000, increasing to $55,000 after one year, plus benefits like medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting resources and networking to attract contract and direct placement candidates.
• Screen candidates via interviews, references, skills testing, background checks.
• Attend career fairs and cold-call schools to promote Aerotek.
• Support internal and client reporting and maintain hiring metrics.
• Maintain all candidate documentation in Aerotek’s online systems.
• Utilize available resources for conflict resolution.

As an On Premise Recruiter you will…

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment.
• Perform all necessary contractor screening to ensure the contractor’s qualifications meet open positions (ie. Interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc.).
• Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Maintain all documentation using Aerotek’s online systems to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of up to $10,000. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000.
