Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking a Field Performance Manager, On-Premise based in Chicago to drive commercial performance across a field unit. You will lead a team of 5–10 channel developers identifying opportunities for a large portfolio of spirits in target on-premise accounts.

Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, you will assess field activities and report progress against goals, while managing budgets and travel. This role requires travel and remote collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in Communications, Marketing or Business strongly encouraged.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the bev‑alc industry.
• 2–3 years of people management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–10 channel developers to drive commercial opportunities.
• Plan, track and drive commercial opportunities using performance data.
• Communicate with client/distributor network to align on activity.
• Manage local unit budget and travel planning.
