• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of consumer packaged goods and/or foodservice sales experience.
• Experience with distributor/broker management.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

• Develops and executes North America on-premise strategy with distributors.
• Coaches distributor partners to drive execution excellence.
