Job summary

Red Bull North America seeks a Director of On Premise Distribution to lead the regional On Premise route to market and distributor partners. You will coach OPDMs, foster strong DP relationships, and drive RBNA priorities, expanding market reach and improving KPI execution.

You will own distributor performance, align with senior leadership, and develop strategic plans, scorecards, and BI-enabled insights to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead On Premise Distributor Managers and align with Distributor Partners to execute RBNA strategies.
Develop and implement annual business plans, KPIs, and monthly scorecards with DP ownership.
Utilize BI tools to monitor POS/sales performance and drive continuous improvement across the network.
Guide distributor onboarding, transitions, and launch activities with OPDMs across regions.
Coach and develop regional teams, fostering accountability and performance.
