Job summary

Strategic Group in the United States is seeking a High Noon / Lucky One Activation Specialist to drive brand growth within a defined territory of 45–50 bars and restaurants. The role focuses on merchandising, staff education, and engaging consumers through innovative outreach.

You will build trade relationships, execute in-bar activations, and provide field reporting to optimize regional strategy while ensuring brand integrity across venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year experience in marketing or sales in Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary, or Agency.
• Strong understanding of local market and consumer dynamics.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for training, meetings, or events, plus local travel requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Educate bartenders and servers about High Noon and Lucky One; build relationships with bar staff to drive sales.
• Install and manage in-bar merchandising, including POS and brand placements.
• Conduct hosted tastings and brand storytelling to engage consumers and recruit new fans.
• Document market conditions and provide feedback to leadership for program optimization.
