Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a Food Service Sales Representative for Away From Home (AFH) in the United States. You will execute selling strategies for restaurant accounts, manage key customer relationships, and drive annual operating plan priorities.

The role emphasizes cold-calling to generate new business and building strong customer partnerships. You will work with Independent and Chain restaurants, forecast sales, manage beverage distribution, and coordinate promotions while ensuring contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of fact-based selling experience (preferred).
• Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience (preferred).
• Financial acumen and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships).
• Execute against selling objectives and KPI targets.
• Manage contracts and customer development agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers.
• Activate marketplace initiatives and promotions for brand development.
• Ensure contract requirements are met by customers.
• Collaborate with Selling Operations to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer information to identify opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate placement of new equipment and ensure flawless logistics execution.
• Drive volume and revenue growth for PepsiCo AFH segment.
