Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in United States, PA, seeks a Food Service Sales Representative for Away From Home (AFH) to execute selling strategies in assigned accounts. You will manage key relationships, drive annual operating plan priorities, and coordinate equipment placement to grow beverage and food service business.

Based in Coraopolis, PA, you will cover surrounding districts and drive volume, revenue, and brand presence while adhering to PepsiCo contract requirements and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of fact-based selling experience (preferred).
• Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated analytical and math skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
• Must have a valid and active Driver’s License.
• Must be based near the territory.

Responsibilities

• Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts using fact-based selling methods.
• Execute against selling objectives and KPI targets.
• Manage contracts and customer development agreements including trade payment management.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure customers comply with PepsiCo contract requirements.
• Collaborate with Selling Operations to improve satisfaction.
• Forecast and analyze data to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate placement of new equipment and logistics.
• Acquire new Food Service accounts via leads and cold-calling.
