Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sells all products in accordance with company guidelines and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
• Identifies customer needs and provides solutions to help customers sell more products.
• Develops rapport with assigned customers and maintains open communication and trust.
• Increases product knowledge to become a resource for customers.
• Schedules routes to ensure regular customer visits.
• Merchandises accounts using displays and POS items.
• Maintains inventory and reduces out-of-stocks at each account.
• Enter orders promptly into handheld sales software.
• Monitors product freshness and rotation to meet standards.
• Audits POS condition to ensure brand representation.
• Completes training and required reports on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
