Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on visiting accounts, conducting consultative sales conversations, and increasing revenue through strategic account plans.

You will analyze data, develop growth opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers and supplier partners. Ideal candidates will be data-driven, possess strong presentation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and SGWS

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and understand data and information.
• Ability to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional online communication.
• Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
• Commitment to high level of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management.
• Effective written and verbal communication, tailoring message to audience.
• Able to be nimble in ambiguity and embrace innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly to build trust and develop relationships.
• Identify customer growth needs and develop growth plans.
• Create a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with CRM documentation and clear selling opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SGWS products and positioning.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling.
