Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Representative to build and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, and venues in the Austin area, driving product availability and brand activation for the Constellation Beer portfolio.

You will manage accounts, secure new placements, plan events and samplings, train staff, and gather market feedback to inform sales strategy. The role requires travel within the territory and a passion for beer with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of proven results-oriented outside sales experience or experience in food & beverage is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and distribution goals by executing initiatives and securing new placements.
• Conduct regular visits for optimal product placement, stock rotation, and POS execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Maintain records of sales calls, account activity, activation feedback, expenses, and market activity.
