Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Representative to build relationships with bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues across Texas. You will drive beer brand visibility, increase product availability in draft and package formats, and foster consumer loyalty through education, promotions, and partnerships.

This field-based role reports to the Manager, On-Premise Market Execution and requires strong communication, a passion for beer, and willingness to travel within the market;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience preferred.
• About 1 year of proven outside sales or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts in the territory.
• Achieve sales targets by expanding package and draft placements and increasing volume.
• Visit accounts regularly for placement, stock rotation and POS execution.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow Constellation’s presence.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to align goals and execution.
