Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Representative to build relationships with bars, restaurants and venues in the Houston area, driving availability and brand activation for the Constellation Beer portfolio. You will visit accounts, execute promotions, train staff, and collaborate with distributors to hit sales targets.

A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year outside sales experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Approximately 1 year of proven results in outside sales or within food & beverage preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel in-market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and secure new placements in package and draft formats.
• Conduct regular account visits to ensure proper product placement and POS execution.
• Educate staff and consumers about Constellation products and promotions.
