Constellation Brands in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an On-Premise Representative to grow the beer portfolio at bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues within the territory. You will drive sales, improve product availability in draft and package formats, and enhance consumer loyalty through education and promotions.

The role requires field-based activity, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the market to service accounts and distributor partners.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with on-premise accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; brand ambassador mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts to grow Constellation Beer portfolio.
• Execute sales initiatives to increase distribution and volume at existing accounts.
• Educate staff and consumers about products, conduct samplings, promotions, and staff trainings.
