Johnson Brothers is seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to grow our established spirits portfolio in the Northern Virginia territory, including McLean. You will build relationships with On-Premise and Off-P Premise accounts, plan sales initiatives, and deliver superior client service.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in sales, On Premise experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time role requires occasional evening hours and weekend events in Centreville,

Qualifications

• 2-year minimum Sales Representative experience.
• Strong On Premise experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Availability to work outside 8-5 and occasional weekend events.
• BS degree or equivalent work experience.

The job entails growing an established spirits portfolio in the On and Off Premise customer base with a moderate focus on opening new accounts within assigned territory through consultative sales. Sales are business to business oriented and results will rely heavily on candidate's ability to quickly build relationships and dedication to servicing accounts. Strong history with On-Premise and understanding how to bring value to a business relationship is important.

Northern VA Territory:

Centreville, Burke, Vienna, Oakton, McLean, Woodbridge, Occoquan, and Fairfax Circle.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent customer contact
• Properly plan and execute sales initiatives
• Handle all customer related issues in a prompt and friendly manner
• Full understanding of products and promotional schedules
• Make effective sales presentations
• Achieve assigned company objectives and successfully grow business
• Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts
• Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts
• Knowledge of all deals, programming and initiatives company has
• Follow necessary steps when making sales calls
• Perform reliable and consistent customer service to accounts
• Face to face interaction to customers
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner

Required Qualifications:
