Job summary

Snowbird's Nest Restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a high-volume, on-mountain setting. You will oversee staff, guest experience, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance under the guidance of the Food and Beverage leadership.

You will partner with the Chef to deliver consistent service, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while fostering teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence, including prior experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Food Handler Permit, TIPS Certification, and DABS background check.
• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced on-mountain restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations by managing staff, guests, and issues.
• Uphold standards of a world-class dining operation on Snowbird mountain.
• Lead staff by holding weekly meetings and coordinating Front-of-House with Back-of-House teams.
• Oversee onboarding and training, inventory, scheduling, and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, attendance, hours worked, and tip-out distribution.
