Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of post-high school education required
- Culinary or hospitality education preferred
- West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate required
Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates activities of restaurant to obtain optimum customer service and maximize profits.
- Achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals through leadership of restaurant management staff.
- Monitor cost and revenue budgets; inform leadership team of budget performance.
- Provide excellent guest service; respond to guest queries promptly and courteously.
- Analyze costs and staffing needs; maintain up-to-date menu knowledge and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, safety, and cash handling procedures.
