Job summary

Monarch Mountain is hiring for the Base Area Services Staff to help guests in the parking lot, support events, and keep base area clean and safe. The role requires physical effort, the ability to work outdoors in high elevation, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, operating shuttle vehicles, and coordinating with other departments while providing excellent guest service. Benefits include a Monarch Season Pass and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Legal US work status and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicle traffic in parking areas and assist guests with directions.
• Operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests to satellite parking areas.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and snow/ice control in the base area.
• Assist with events and lost-and-found coordination.
• Provide friendly guest service and support across shifts.
