Job summary

Monarch Mountain is seeking a friendly Guest Service Clerk to welcome guests, handle season pass sales, and assist with ticket exchanges at the Guest Service desk or by phone.

The role requires excellent communication, cash handling, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced mountain environment. The position offers a slope-side office and a Monarch Season Pass benefit.

Flexible hours including weekends and holidays; High school diploma required; prior guest service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Requires working at mountain elevation and in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and employees at the Guest Service desk or on the phone with questions, season pass sales, and voucher/ticket exchanges.
• Answer phones and follow through with phone sales procedures.
• Stay knowledgeable about mountain happenings and products to assist guests with bookings and directions.
• Track and reunite lost and found items with owners.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and Monarch Mountain services; price, tag, stock and display items as needed.
• Work as a team with other Monarch Departments to provide exceptional service.
• Cross-train with the Tickets and Reservations Departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
