Job summary

Monarch Mountain is seeking a Winter Seasonal Guest Service Clerk to assist guests at the Guest Service desk and over the phone with season pass sales, ticket exchanges, and related service tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, cash handling, and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced mountain environment with up to 12,000 feet elevation. A high school diploma or GED is required, with college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• Legal citizen of the United States or possess other work permit authentication
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and employees at the Guest Service desk or on the phone with season pass sales and voucher/ticket exchanges, lost and found, and related tasks
• Answer phones, return calls and follow through with sales procedures
• Stay knowledgeable of mountain happenings and products to assist guests with questions, bookings, and directions
• Track lost and found items and reunite with rightful owners
• Maintain knowledge of shop merchandise and Monarch Mountain services, price, tag, stock, and display items
• Work as a team with Monarch Departments to provide exceptional service
• Cross-train with the Tickets and Reservations Departments
• Other duties as assigned
