Yancey Bros. Co., a Georgia-based Caterpillar equipment dealer since 1914, is seeking an On Highway Truck Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR). You will drive sales of parts and service, educate customers on promotions, and coordinate with service staff to improve uptime.

The role targets truck customers in an assigned territory with limited supervision. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience in trucking parts/services, a strong sense of urgency, and a readiness to own

What You Will Be Doing:

As the On Highway Truck Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR), you will provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customers are apprised of the parts available for sale as well as Yancey’s ability to install the parts in our Service Departments. This position will also be charged with personal calls to customers on a regular basis to educate them on parts and service specials as well as preventive maintenance and repairs that will improve customers’ uptime.

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior sales experience, preferably in the trucking industry, including parts and/or service. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to work in an assigned territory with limited supervision is essential to this position as well.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
