Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Key Accounts PSSR in Georgia to cultivate strong relationships with select customers, drive uptime solutions, and expand service and parts opportunities across the Caterpillar network.

The role emphasizes tracking inspections, fluid analyses, and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable outcomes for Yancey Bros. Co. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of industry experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform normal PSSR duties to provide superior product support consultation and uptime solutions via Yancey Bros offerings (grow share).
• Track CAT Inspect results and present solutions to repair deficiencies identified.
• Track Fluid Samples and Condition Monitoring Alerts with CM team to ensure customers are aware of abnormal alerts and recommended repairs.
• Manage two-way communications with Customer personnel to understand issues, identify solution options, and manage service work needs to maximize uptime.
• Ensure VisionLink/ProductLink reporting with correct hours and equipment identification.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Key Accounts PSSR is responsible for focusing on all business opportunities of a select group of ‘key account’ customers, cultivating strong customer relationships, assisting in generator system management, selling total solutions, and providing follow-up to customers, which meet customer needs and dealership profit requirements. The goal of a Key Accounts PSSR should be to capture as much business as possible from a select, focused customer list. The Key Accounts PSSR will drive mutually beneficial business activity for Key Accounts customers and Yancey Bros., including increased uptime and ease/efficiency in using the Yancey network, and increased utilization of Yancey Bros. Co. Product Support parts and service offerings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform normal PSSR duties to provide superior product support consultation and uptime solutions via Yancey Bros offerings (grow share).
• Track CAT Inspect results and present solutions to repair deficiencies identified.
• Track Fluid Samples and Condition Monitoring Alerts in conjunction with the CM team to ensure the customer is aware of any abnormal alerts and recommended repairs, and communication is documented.
• Manage two‑way communications with Customer personnel to understand issues, identify solution options, and manage service work needs to maximize the uptime of customers’ systems.
  • Ensure VisionLink/ProductLink is accurately reporting, where applicable, with correct hours, equipment identification, including model and serial numbers on all system components.
• Track and communicate the status of daily repair needs to both customers and Yancey Bros. stakeholders.
• Cultivate a “first call” and strong influence toward Yancey Bros, supporting any repair needed regardless of make.
• Review invoices and manage cadence for timely processing.
• Administer standard processes of Caterpillar or Yancey (e.g., warranty policies, cross‑dealer repair requests… )
• Conduct periodic business reviews with all assigned customers
• Serve as a resource to help facilitate potential usage of Yancey Rents and YPS Rentals to meet customer rental needs in Georgia.
• Become a specialist in generator fleet management with the help of the sales manager
• Earn 100% of the business available as a trusted partner and resource.

Education/Experience:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience
• Must have 1 – 3 years industry experience

Physical Demands:
