Job summary

Pro-Play Games in Miami, FL is seeking a Sales Manager to coach and lead the sales floor, drive revenue, and ensure flawless execution of promotions and launches. The role links Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment and Events to maximize foot traffic and customer loyalty.

You will oversee staffing, coaching, and performance management while upholding SOPs and high merchandising standards on the shop floor. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and leading sales teams on the floor.
• Ability to monitor real-time performance using POS data.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Events.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling and SOP adherence.
• Ability to track and report performance metrics and ARP data.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily revenue targets and pace toward goals.
• Monitor real-time performance and provide on-floor coaching.
• Lead from the floor with structured development for leads and associates.
• Schedule staffing and ensure floor SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Fulfillment and Events for launches.
• Provide regular performance updates and documentation.
