Job summary
Us Display Group Inc. is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager to lead the facility's quality, safety, health, and environmental programs. The role focuses on regulatory and customer compliance, maintaining the QMS, reducing hazards and defects, and driving continuous improvement on the production floor.
A hands-on leader will build a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all levels. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, ISO/AIB standards, and OSHA-related training,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality, safety, health, and environmental programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO and customer requirements.
- Develop and enforce safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Identify unsafe conditions on the production floor and implement corrective actions.
- Manage safety training, investigations, and root-cause analyses.
- Oversee QA/QC processes, audits, document control, and change orders.
- Monitor performance metrics to reduce defects, waste, and interruptions.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and suppliers on quality issues.
- Supervise quality and safety personnel and drive continuous improvement.
