Job summary

U.S. Display Group in Tullahoma, TN is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager to lead the facility's quality, safety, health, and environmental programs on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, EH, quality, engineering or related field.
• At least five years in quality, safety or environmental in manufacturing.
• Experience in corrugated packaging, displays, or related manufacturing preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, safety, health, and environmental programs per OSHA, EPA, ISO, and customer requirements.
• Develop and enforce safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and safety meetings; train employees including orientation.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and product-quality issues with root-cause analyses.
• Maintain records, SDS, calibration, and quality documentation.
• Oversee the Quality Management System including audits and change control.
• Monitor processes to reduce defects, waste, and interruptions.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to resolve quality concerns.
