Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• At least five years of equivalent construction project experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administers the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Directs corrective and preventive actions and follow-up.
• Plans internal audits and documents quality plans and procedures.
• Ensures safe operations and enforces Site Safety Plan.
• Acts as key customer contact to ensure actions and specs are met.
• Maintains subcontractor performance evaluation program.
• Verifies equipment records and maintains confidentiality.
