Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a Spa Director to lead daily operations and deliver luxury guest experiences. You will oversee treatment services, facilities, and retail while maintaining high standards of service and staff excellence.

In this role you will manage staffing, scheduling, and collaboration across hotel departments to develop programming, packages, and guest experiences that enhance member engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in luxury hotel or resort spa leadership.
• Proven track record improving service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Experience overseeing multiple treatment disciplines, retail, and hydrotherapy or communal bathing facilities.
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and inventory controls.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead spa operations across treatment services, bathing facilities, the yoga studio, spa reception, and retail.
• Maintain service standards reflecting luxury hospitality through personalized attention and discretion.
• Oversee reservations, arrivals, consultations, treatments, and departures to ensure premium guest experiences.
• Collaborate with hotel departments on programming, packages, and guest experiences.
