Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety programs across our fulfillment center. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including walk-throughs, investigations, and training to keep associates safe and audits ready.

You will own OSHA recordability, safety audits, and root-cause analyses, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement across multi-shift operations. A strong on-floor presence is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety or EHS experience in production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environments.
• Regulatory experience with OSHA/related standards.
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night/weekend shifts.
• Hands-on experience conducting JHAs, safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently without Safety Supervisor support.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic oversight and day-to-day execution of safety programs across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct walk-throughs, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Ensure OSHA records, audits, and incidents are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead corrective and preventative actions and root-cause analyses to improve safety metrics.
