Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Safety Manager to drive a proactive safety culture across our fulfillment center. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on floor-level presence, conducting walk-throughs, investigations, and training to keep associates safe and audits ready.

You will own key safety metrics, lead incident investigations, and ensure compliance across shifts, with a focus on reducing costs and improving safety outcomes. A strong, independent program is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety or EHS experience in production/warehouse/e-fulfillment environments.
• Formal or extensive regulatory experience and onsite support (e.g., logs, complaints).
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute integrated safety programs across the fulfillment center.
• Conduct floor-level walk-throughs, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Ensure OSHA records are documented, investigated, and corrective actions closed.
• Lead safety audits and emergency plans; manage workers’ compensation processes.
