Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
• Lead store staff as Manager on Duty and coach team.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing and training to deliver customer promise.
• Drive customer experience and monitor Net Promoter Score.
• Contribute to regular store meetings and communicate directives.
