Job summary

Central Rock Gym in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily operations and ensure a smooth gym environment. You'll manage front desk duties and operational oversight, serve as a primary escalation point for member concerns, and lead the Desk Staff during your shifts.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, early mornings, and some holidays.
• Prior experience as Desk Staff or in a similar customer-facing leadership role preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members and guests.
• Monitor the gym for safety, cleanliness, and adherence to CRG standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Desk Staff.
