Job summary

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and serve as the on-site lead during assigned shifts. You will balance front desk duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and smoothly run facility in the absence of management.

You will guide Desk Staff, handle member inquiries, and utilize Rock Gym Pro for check-ins and sales. Strong customer service and decision-making are essential in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in desk staff or leadership role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members and guests, answering questions, and assisting with memberships, programs, and day passes.
• Operate Rock Gym Pro (RGP) for check-ins, registrations, sales, and waivers; know calendar management and payments.
• Provide facility tours and ensure accurate communication of programs, policies, and services.
• Act as the lead on duty, ensuring smooth gym operations and guiding Desk Staff.
• Serve as the escalation point for member concerns and operational issues when management is not present.
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and adherence to CRG standards; assist with incident reporting and emergencies.
