Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to work in our offices and staff hiring events in West Columbia, SC. This temporary FLEX-On Demand role involves assisting with pre-hire paperwork, screening activities, and delivering excellent service to candidates visiting the office.

The position offers flexible hours, travel as needed to support other locations, and requires a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or hospitality environments is preferred.
Ability to navigate multiple screens/computer systems simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to support other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding activities and deliver exceptional customer service at events and in the office.
Assist candidates to ensure accurate onboarding and prompt completion of pre-hire tasks via ATS and other tools.
Ensure client hiring procedures are executed/compliant, including data entry, review, work authorization checks, and badge handling.
Communicate job details clearly and resolve questions or obstacles before departing the office.
Meet deadlines for pre-hire activities in client systems within a fast-paced environment.
Communicate across in-person, phone, email, and live chat channels with a focus on customer satisfaction.
