Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service–oriented individual to work in our offices and staff hiring events. You will support the hiring process by completing pre-hire paperwork and screening activities while providing customer service to the candidates visiting the office.

This entry-level FLEX- On Demand role has a variable schedule based on events, with occasional travel to support other locations.

Qualifications

• Prior entry-level customer service or front-desk experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and use Applicant Tracking System and other software.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates in person and over various channels.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding, delivering friendly service at events.
• Assist with onboarding tasks and verify completion in client systems.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines for data entry and screening.
• Communicate job details clearly and address questions at the recruiting office.
• Meet deadlines for pre-hire activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with applicants via in-person, phone, email, and chat channels.
