Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding activities and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist candidates to ensure accurate onboarding and verify completion of tasks in ATS and related systems.
• Ensure client hiring procedures are executed and compliant with guidelines, including data entry and screening tasks.
• Communicate clearly so applicants understand job details and have questions resolved before leaving the office.
• Meet deadlines for pre-hire activities in client systems in a high-volume setting.
• Communicate across channels to maintain customer satisfaction and respect.
