The role involves diagnosing challenges, delivering practical solutions, facilitating leadership development, coaching, and guiding organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (OD/HR/psychology, etc).
• 7+ years in Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR, or related discipline.
• 5+ years providing consulting, coaching, facilitation, training, leadership development, or talent management services.
• Expertise in organization development principles, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs, workshops, assessments, and interventions.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with executives, leaders, and HR professionals.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze organizational issues and develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver organization development consulting and advisory services to member organizations.
• Facilitate leadership development, management development, and team effectiveness programs.
• Design and deliver customized training workshops and professional development programs.
• Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations that improve effectiveness and performance.
• Partner with executives and HR leaders on talent management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide executive, leadership, and professional coaching services.
• Support organizational change initiatives through change management strategies and plans.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, executives, and HR professionals.
• Prepare recommendations, presentations, assessments, and deliverables.
• Stay current on best practices in organization development and workplace effectiveness.
