  • Provide executive, leadership, and professional coaching services.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through effective change management strategies and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, executives, and HR professionals.
  • Prepare consulting recommendations, presentations, assessments, and project deliverables.
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in organization development, leadership development, talent management, and workplace effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Seven or more years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years providing consulting, coaching, facilitation, training, leadership development, or talent management services.
  • Expertise in organization development principles, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs, workshops, assessments, and organizational interventions.
  • Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives, business leaders, and HR professionals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze organizational issues and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual facilitation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Leadership, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPTD, PCC, ACC, DiSC, MBTI, Prosci, or similar credentials.
