Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, coaching, talent management, or related disciplines.
• Five+ years of coaching, facilitation, consulting, or leadership development experience.
• Demonstrated success coaching professionals and leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to establish trust and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive, leadership, and professional coaching services.
• Partner with leaders to identify development goals and create actionable coaching plans.
• Support individuals in strengthening leadership effectiveness, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Facilitate coaching conversations that drive accountability and measurable results.
• Assist organizations with leadership development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and professional development programs.
• Help leaders navigate organizational change, team challenges, and workplace dynamics.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, managers, HR professionals, and employees.
• Utilize assessments and development tools to support coaching engagements.
• Support member organizations in developing strong leadership pipelines and high-performing teams.
