Scorpion Therapeutics in Hampton, VA is seeking an On Demand Services Engineer to provide Network, Security, and Systems support to client environments. The role focuses on maintaining stability, availability, security, and functionality while troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities include handling network and end-user system tasks, troubleshooting independently or with a team, managing tickets and projects, keeping skills up to date, escalating as needed, and ensuring compliance with internal
Competenze
- High school diploma required.
- 1–2 years of networking experience.
- 1–3 years of field and client-facing support.
- CCNA certification (upon hire or within 6 months).
- Experience with Cisco, Nortel, 3Com, Microsoft NT, VMware; routing protocols (IP, OSPF, RIP); LAN/WAN concepts; and troubleshooting tools.
