Job summary

Technium is seeking an Operations Engineer L1 to join our Network and Security Operations Center. You will work in a fast-paced team to identify and resolve issues in customer environments, leveraging switching, routing, and next-generation firewalls throughout diverse tech stacks.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, collaboration with engineers and project managers, and ownership of incidents with a customer-first mindset. On-call and night/weekend rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Switching, Routing, and Next-Generation Firewalls including Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto.
• Ability to resolve incidents independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and operating exceptional, secure networks.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and leadership to deliver reliable results for customers.
