Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to support our store guests with a friendly, efficient experience. You will create welcoming interactions, help customers locate items, and guide them through checkout and loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You can pick up shifts via the myTime app and manage your schedule around store needs. This role emphasizes reliability, attendance, and a positive attitude to keep guests coming back to Target locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft and initiate a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with application/sign‑in as needed.
• Know how to use Wallet and the Target App.
