Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guests in our store. You will create welcoming experiences, assist customers, and help with product searches while maintaining a clean, efficient environment. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and active participation via the myTime app.

You will be trained through a short orientation and ongoing coaching to deliver excellent guest service and promote Target loyalty programs and services.

Qualifications

• Able to thrive in a physically active role with varying shifts.
• Open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Stock, organize, and maintain a clean, safe store area during shifts.
• Promote and explain loyalty programs, apps, and available services.
