Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers a flexible schedule and the ability to pick up shifts via the myTime app, with emphasis on friendliness, helpfulness, and product knowledge.

As a Guest Advocate, you will engage with guests, assist with questions, and drive loyalty sign-ups while maintaining store standards and safety policies. Availability for varied shifts is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and peak times.
• Active engagement and prompt attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming guests and anticipating needs.
• Greet guests at multiple distances and initiate a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find products or resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with sincere thanks and follow up if needed.
• Support teammates and assist others while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Adapt to business needs to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Operate cash registers and assist with scanning, bagging, and checkout processes.
• Promote and explain Target loyalty benefits and app features during guest interactions.
