Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to support guests with a welcoming experience. You will help guests locate products, answer questions, and ensure smooth transactions while adapting to varying schedules and store needs.

As part of Target's team, you will attend orientation, use the myTime scheduling app to pick shifts, and contribute to a positive guest experience across in-store and digital services.

• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction.
• Operate registers and assist with checkout and returns per policy.
• Assist with Drive-Up, Order Pick Up and Registry guests and ensure accuracy.
