Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests with a friendly and efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, explain loyalty programs, and use the Target App and handheld scanners to complete transactions.

This role offers flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, with the ability to pick up shifts through the myTime scheduling app. Training will be provided to ensure you start strong.

• Ability to adapt to varying shifts and store needs.
• Comfort with using the Target App and store technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping trip.
• Explain loyalty programs and services, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support store operations as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and work collaboratively with leaders.
