Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, help them find items, explain products and loyalty programs, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

This On-Demand role offers flexible scheduling, with shifts posted by store leaders. You’ll attend a Welcome orientation, complete short-term training, and use the Target app to pick up shifts as your availability allows.

• Open to flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience with friendly interactions.
