Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to support guests with a welcoming experience in our store. You will help guests find items, answer questions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a fast, friendly store environment.

The position requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends. You will be trained via Target’s Welcome orientation and use the myTime app to select shifts as needed.

• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Help guests locate products and resolve questions or issues.
• Assist with returns and explain loyalty programs to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately; keep work area clean and organized.
• Attend orientation and follow training schedule; adapt to store needs.
