Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member to welcome guests, assist with tasks, and promote store services. You can choose shifts via the myTime app, helping manage a personalized schedule that fits your life.

As an On-Demand TM, you’ll pick up shifts and be evaluated on reliability and attendance, with training to prepare you for success in guest interactions and store operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and follow Target policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and uphold the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with their daily tasks.
• Know products and services to resolve guest needs.
• Assist with checkout, returns, and wallet/app usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
