Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver a welcoming guest experience and support store operations. You will create a flexible schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app and respond to store needs with reliability and prompt attendance.

As an On-Demand TM, you may not appear on posted schedules and will join a training program to prepare for duties such as checkout, assistance, and loyalty enrollment. Your role requires adaptability and strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks at the store.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and improve their experience.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products and services to assist guests.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty benefits and other services.
• Help guests with orders, returns, and drive-up or pickup services.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and manage tasks efficiently.
