Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services in our stores and help with daily tasks. You will use the myTime app to pick up shifts that fit your schedule and assist guests with orders, returns, and store services.

This role requires flexible scheduling, reliable attendance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A customer-focused, friendly attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with enrollment.
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
