Job summary

Target is hiring as an On-Demand Team Member. You will create a welcoming guest experience, assist with inquiries, and support various store services. The role emphasizes flexibility, reliable attendance, and active engagement by picking up shifts through the myTime app.

As an On-Demand TM, you won’t be on the posted weekly schedule, but you can build your own hours by selecting shifts that fit your availability. Training will be provided to ensure readiness for the role.

• Experience delivering guest service in a retail environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
